A devastating fire on November 5, 2024 claimed our previous dining hall and bunkhouse for year-round accommodations. We continue to trust God as we discern the future of Manitou Lake Bible Camp together! We ask that you would partner with us as we rebuild and grow into what God has in store for future generations!

God has been faithful throughout the 85 years of camp ministry at Manitou Lake Bible Camp!

A few years ago we discerned that God was calling us to expand our ministry potential. In order to be good stewards of the property, we began moving in the direction of year-round ministry called “Manitou 365.”

This building campaign will make this vision a reality! Once complete, this facility will expand our potential to run retreats that will disciple local youth and adults. Our hope is that this facility will also strengthen local churches by providing ample space for churches to advance their ministry purpose.

In addition to expanding our ministry calendar, this building will also further our mission to facilitate summer camp ministry with excellence. An improved kitchen and dining hall facility will help us feed everyone with ease. As well, this will increase our dining capacity to give us the ability to welcome more campers in the future. This means that we will be able to share the Good News of Jesus Christ with more children and youth for many years to come!

Nothing of eternal value is possible without Jesus! If you have spent any time around camp, you know that this ministry is great at revealing our own limitations, while exalting God’s infinite glory! This project is no different, we know that this project is only possible through faith.

Manitou Lake Bible Camp is God’s camp, it always has been, and it always will be! Likewise, Manitou Lake Bible Camp is part of your story. We have seen God do incredible things time and time again. This project, born out of tragedy, will be a testimony to God’s continual faithfulness!

It is our hope and our prayer that you will join with us in praying that God would show us His unfailing love and provision as we embark on this new chapter of MLBC’s history!
