The purpose of the LIT program is to introduce youth to Christian ministry and help develop leadership potential. The focus of the LIT program is to mentor 15-17 year-old teens through the challenge of ministry in a camp setting. If accepted, you will be integrated as a part of our summer team in the day-to-day ministry, activities, and responsibilities of camp life. It's a lot of fun!
LIT training is mandatory for all, and will take place at camp July 1-3, 2026!
First-year LITs typically will be offered 1-2 weeks to work in a summer. Returning LITs have the option to do more weeks if desired! This is a volunteer position.
We recommend completing the BOLD Program first, especially if you are interested in serving in a cabin setting!

1. Cabin Leading/Skills
2. Program Assistant
3. Maintenance
